This guide provides information on how link Documents that will be attached when sending Renewal Notices.
Setting Attachment Files
Place the files you wish to link in the folder C:\EmaxCloudSync\ on your device (PC\Laptop etc)
Once the files are linked, they will be copied automatically to the Experience Cloud Server. You have 3 options to Add, Open or Delete an attachment.
Linking Attachments - Specific to Insurer
You can set three (3) attachments, specific per Policy Type and Insurer, when sending out Renewal Notices via email.
Menu Path: Insurance –> Setup –> Policies
Linking Attachments - Generic per Policy Type
You can set another three (3) attachments per Policy Type, when sending out Renewal Notices via email.
Menu Path: Insurance –> Setup –> Policies, tab Documents and Renewal Notice
