Experience can be setup to send emails directly to your customers and suppliers. Documents (Invoices, Receipts, Statements, Renewal Notices, etc) can be sent after posting or when doing inquiries directly from your email account.

Email settings are setup in 2 places, one for generic emails and a specific one for Insurance:

  • Company Controls
  • Insurance Module Controls

Go to Company Controls and select the Email Settings tab.
