Experience does not Start - Task Manager (Fix)

Follow this guide if Experience Cloud App does not start when you try to open it from the Browser or from your Desktop.

This issue was created by Microsoft in a Windows update dated Nov 2022.


Follow these steps to resolve this issue.


Right Click on the Task Bar and select Task Manager

or

Press the CTRL + Alt + Delete buttons simultaneously and select Task Manager when the menu opens. 


Under Processes -> Apps find and click on the process: Remote Desktop Connection
Once selected click on End Task to stop this process.

Go back to Experience Cloud and re-try to open the App.



Option 2

Sometimes Experience Cloud starts and closes after a few seconds. The issue might come from Lexmark Printer Drivers.

Remove the Lexmark drivers, and install using normal Windows Drivers.
