Changing Password and Logging into Experience Cloud App

This guide explains how to connect and use Experience Cloud Apps.

Step 1 - Change Initial Password

Kindly change the initial password that is provided in the welcome email by EMAX Solutions.

Open a browser (Chrome or Edge) and visit the Experience Cloud App page

Click on the Change Password link as shown.

You need to enter the following information to change your password:

- Your Experience Cloud Email

- Your initial Password

- Your New Password

- Confirm your New Password

The New Password must include: 

- minimum of 8 characters

- with Upper and Lower Case Letter

- number

- special character (example ! or * etc)

Step 2 - Login to Experience Cloud

Once your new password is confirmed, click on OK to go back to the Experience Cloud App Login Screen.

Enter your Cloud App Username and your new Cloud App Password.

Step 3 - Start Using Experience Cloud Apps

Upon successful login, the various facilities available will be displayed.

Click on any of the facilities available to start using Experience Cloud Apps. 

Note that the facilities shown might vary on your setup and configuration.

A file will be downloaded to your PC.

Click on the arrow on the right, and select ‘Always open files of this type’

Then click on the downloaded file to start using Experience Cloud Apps.

Step 4 - Confirming your Login

Upon connecting to Experience Cloud you might be requested to re-enter your cloud username and password.

If the following appears do the following:

- Click on More Choices

- Click on Use a different account

- Enter your Cloud Username

- Enter your Cloud Password

- Click on OK.

Ensure that the Experience Cloud Username and Password are correct, otherwise this window will show up again.

It is advisable to always input your Experience Cloud Username and Password to connect for Security purposes.
