Update Username (Claims and Transactions)

The function Update Username allows moving of Pending Claim and Transactions from one user to another. 

The process works as follows:

• Select the Username who has Pending Claims or Unconfirmed Transactions
• A list of available transactions will show up
• Double Click on the transaction you wish to move
• Select the Username (Transfer to User) and Confirm

Note: Such movements are audited and can be traced under System Audits function.

Claims

If a Claim is Pending (ie not Closed or Settled) the username can be changed to allow another user to be resonsible for that Claim. 

Transactions

Unconfirmed Transactions (including Quotes) can be moved from one user to another. This function will only work for transactions which have not been confirmed.
