Grandstream - How to View Call Details (CDR Records)

Open a browser and navigate to your Grandstream console using the IP Address of your PBX. 

Note that you need to connect from a PC on your local network.


Enter your username and password provided by EMAX Solutions.


Once you login click on CDR function.

Click on Display Filter to select various filters (Date, User, Extension etc)

Then click on Download All Records to download the data in csv format.

Save the file and open in Excel to proceed with your analysis.
