Introduction
MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) is a security process in which a user is required to provide two or more different authentication factors to verify their identity before they can access a system or an account.
The purpose of MFA is to add an extra layer of security beyond just a username and password, which can be vulnerable to various forms of cyberattacks like password guessing or phishing.
Getting Started
Ensure that you are enrolled to Experience Cloud My Account.
Click here for more information on how to enroll for MFA (My Account)
Logging in with MFA
Open an Internet Browser (ideally Google Chrome).
Enter the Experience Cloud URL (domain.emax.cloud)
Log into Experience Cloud App from your browser.
Once logged in, click on the Application you wish to use.
Note: If asked to confirm a download simply click on Open file to proceed.
When the application started, you must click on Show Details to confirm your MFA Email and MFA Verifcation Code
First confirm your email address and click on Continue
Check your email and record the Verification Code. Then input the Verification code to proceed.
Upon successful confirmation the system will run the applications normally.
Note that this process is required each time you are logged out from the Cloud Server. It will not be required to open multiple applications if you are already logged in.
