My Account - Password Reset / Forgot Password

Introduction

This guide explains how you can retrieve your forgotten password to access Experience Cloud.


Ensure that you have enrolled to Experience Cloud My Account.

Resetting your Experience Cloud Password

Open Experience Cloud in a browser (Chrome/Edge)
Then click on My Account


Click on the Forgot your Password tab.


Enter your Experience Cloud Username: name.surname@emax.cloud
Then click on Continue


A verification code will be sent to your email. Check your email and enter the code in the box provided.
The email will be sent to your work email account that was linked on My Account registration.


Enter your New Password and Re-Enter your New Password to Confirm.
The system will show on screen the password complexity requirements and which ones have been completed or are missing.
Enter the Captcha Code displayed to confirm the New Password.
Once complete go back to the Experience Login Screen from your browser and login with the new password.
